Booking & Registration

Step 1 of 3

Booking

Choose a session that suits you and apply payment. Upon confirmation, you’ll see the option to add our appointment to your calendar.

Then, keep scrolling down to the next section.

*Accessibility matters. Assistance for financial hardship is available - email dustin@advancedrockcraft.com.

Step 2 of 3

Registration

If you’re reading this, your day is booked! Your next step is to click the button below and complete a full registration form. Please make sure all your fellow team members complete this form so we can focus on your goals when we meet.

**Returning guests, please note: you only need to complete and sign the forms below once in 2023. If you’ve already done so this year, you can skip the following steps.

Step 3 of 3

Sign Release Forms

Once you finish the registration form above,

  • Review the release forms below. It's essential for you to understand that climbing is inherently risky. We must maintain an explicit and honest dialogue going forward if we are to manage and mitigate these risks together. Elimination of risk is impossible; if you are uncomfortable, speak up! Fill and sign the document electronically.

  • You’ll receive an email from Adobe Sign containing a link reading “Confirm my email address”. Click on the link; you’ll receive a copy of your signed agreements.

Signing from a mobile phone? Reduce the text size in your browser to view the document more easily.

Registration Complete

Get ready for a great day on the cliffs! It will be here in no time.

For outdoor sessions: if you have a climbing practice already, you are encouraged to bring your typical climbing kit. I can provide any technical equipment needed. You are responsible for your own transportation to/from the trailhead, and bringing your own clothing, personal snacks/meals and water, and a backpack to share in carrying equipment.

Your confirmation email contains our meeting location. There, we'll discuss your goals then head to the cliffs to work towards them. I can provide all the technical equipment needed though you are encouraged to bring your typical climbing kit.

Here's a checklist of items to bring with you:

  • Personal climbing equipment (shoes, harness, helmet, chalk bag)

  • Personal snacks and water

  • Extra clothing (imagine if the day became 20degF colder)

  • Backpack to carry equipment

  • Hygiene items such as wet wipes, tissues, biodegradable soap and extra water

  • Gallon size sealable plastic bag(s) for packing out trash

Please direct your questions or concerns to dustin@advancedrockcraft.com, or (845)663-7391.

I’m looking forward to our time together,

Dustin Portzline
